Once again Delta worked closely with Executive Chef David Hawksworth to open a second restaurant in Vancouver.  Located on the site of Vancouver’s historic University and Quadra Clubs, Nightingale offers a truly authentic dining experience to nomadic travelers and locals alike. Designed by Studio Munge, Nightingale’s multilevel interior pays homage to buildings heritage, by bringing the late 19th Century back to life in the most respectful way and allowing the guest to be transported into the comfort and intimacy of a perfectly imperfect gentlemen’s club. Nightingale is another celebration of Vancouver’s cultural diversity offering a menu made of simple seasonal dishes  that focus on quality, excellence, and fun.
