Reimagining a World-renowned Location

The elegant twin towers of Callisto and Carina helped transform Coal Harbour into a uniquely compelling residential neighbourhood famed around the world for its sparkling glass towers and sweeping mountain, harbour and seaplane views. Callisto, the second tower to be completed, rises 36 stories above the harbourside, anchored by 16 executive townhomes.

Inspired by the Sea

Architect James Hancock took his inspiration from the marine setting, gently curving the building’s slender form to subtly echo the prow of a sailboat. Distinctive silver-blue glass and unobtrusive architectural accents enhance the building’s open, airy design. Creating the unique compound-curve for these award-winning towers was a feat of architectural and engineering innovation. Callisto’s landscaping is seamlessly integrated into the surrounding public seawall and park, and has also won acclaim for “Semaphores,” a public art project of bold stained-glass sculptural elements.
