Collective Kudos

Over the past decade our projects have garnered a number of awards and accolades. Here is just a sampling:

• Environmental Sustainability
  Cielo in Coal Harbour was recognized with an award from the City of Vancouver for "Environmental Sustainability" for being one of the first geothermal, energy-efficient residential towers in Vancouver.
• Hotel Georgia Development - Proudly Part of PowerSmart Program.
• Urban Development Institute
  In 2005, the paired towers of Carina and Callisto won the highly coveted UDI Award, a province-wide competition held every two years, for Best Mid-Rise/High-Rise Multi-Family Development.

• Georgies
  Over the years, British Columbia's real estate industry awards, The Georgies, have recognized Delta projects with Gold awards for excellence. These include Best Multi-Family Development in 2003 for Carina; and in 2002 for Callisto's marketing materials; on-site sales centre, best logo, brochure, single ad and complete campaign and website. The Conservatory won a Gold Georgie in 2002.
• Lotus Award
  The website also garnered a 2002 Lotus Award (British Columbia's premier advertising awards competition.)
